Well, it deserves that much attention because :

1. It really has a great sales copy, and every marketer should learn from it.
2. From the title itself, it says to get google ads free.

Unless there's some sort of bug or special something from google, we all know that to advertise on google adwords, it is impossible to get your ads up for free, but this is just my perspective.
I have come up with some theories on how google could maybe award sites free adwords advertisements, like by creating a google gadget. I actually read somewhere wherein a person created a gadget, then after some time, notice that he had a large change in traffic from google. Upon further research, he found out that google was placing his gadgets link in it's adwords advertisements! Well, that's just my theory.

To put it in simple terms, here's what you do :

1. Advertise on the broad, and expensive keywords.
2. Then use the traffic you'll get to entice other advertisers to put up banners and text ads in your site, for a fee.
 

In this way, this advertisement fee that you charge will then be used to offset your adwords ppc cost. Hope you understand, because that's the main idea.

So thinking in his perspective, your advertisement charges minus that of your adwords fee is equal to no money spent. Don't know about that, since this must mean I'm also getting google ads free. Why? Well, my profits are way above my adwords spent, so that must mean that I'm not paying adwords?

 

Now think about it, there is a very high risk in this type of strategy. If you won't get back those adwords spent from your advertisement charges, then you're at a profit loss. But to risk to bid on expensive keywords are not advisable for newbies, only experienced marketers and those with money to risk should do get google ads free concepts.

So does it deliver to what it says in it's sales copy?

I consider a product to be a scam if it present to the buyers some things that is not true, or just plainly tricks them. The Get Google Ads Free title itself is very misleading.
