5 Problems With Electric Carts In Stores

Help! I need help! When I am physically challenged I need to shop smart. I choose the store with the electric cart. Not every store has an electric cart and I feel the store without loses big time. Read on.

When I need to shop I already know the stores that will accommodate me with an electric cart. What upsets me is the fact that – the cart is for the handicapped but accessibility is not always taken into consideration.

PROBLEMS WITH ELECTRIC CARTS:

(1) The cart is in the middle of the store. Too much walking.

(2) There is only one cart and three people need it at the same time.

(3) If started by a key. I need to find the person with the key.

(4) If it is charged up by electricity I find a dead battery.

(5) It is hard to back up without hitting somebody without a mirror.

SUGGESTIONS:

(a) Place the carts closer to the entrance.

(b) Store needs at least 3 carts.

(c) The key should be chained to the cart for easy access and less walking.

(d) Keep all the carts charged up at all times.

(e) Place a mirror on the handle bars for backing up purposes.

I do not shop in a store which does not provide an electric cart for the handicapped. I would very much like to branch out and shop – shop –shop in a variety of different stores. I know this is impossible now –but who knows what the future will hold.

The handicapped are here to stay. Get with it. Order electric carts for your business and watch your sales figures climb.
